R. Pawless - Upfront, Honest and Professional I contacted Kalos when my a/c unit stopped running. I was offered assistance over
the phone for common problems with a/c units for me to try on my own. My problem was greater than what I could fix, so an
appointment was scheduled and Bryan arrived on time and provided an upfront estimate and explained in great detail what steps
he would take to fix my problem. After the work was complete and my unit was up and running again, I was provided a printed
invoice and a great price. If you looking for a company who is professional and honest, I would use Kalos. As a homeowner,
you always feel as if repairs are going to be expensive and time consuming, Kalos was neither of those. Highly recommended

does anything ever go better than expected. Kalos was outstanding from the start to the finish. They analyzed our particularly
complex air conditioning problem and presented extensive literature on some options. They handled the project in a very timely
and professional manner. They even installed a more expensive energy efficient model in order to finish on time and did not
charge us the difference. I only wish they could have done the original job.
